Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy for Photo Booth Rental Booking Policy: To secure your photo booth rental, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 2 days before the event. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to sales.boothco@gmail.com. If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours before the scheduled event, we will retain the deposit, but no additional charges will be incurred. If you cancel within 72 hours of the event, you will forfeit 50% of the total rental fee (including the deposit). The remaining amount will be refunded, if applicable, based on the total rental fee. We encourage you to confirm your attendance and finalize your plans to avoid cancellation fees. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
